    I travel across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia to deliver specialized ice-cream and commercial refrigeration service. Because experienced ice-cream technicians are hard to come by, I’ll go almost anywhere I’m needed—whether it’s Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Charleston, Newport News, or beyond.   2. What types of refrigeration systems do you work on?

  3. Do you offer emergency or after hours repair?

    As a one-man operation, after-hours requests are taken in the order they’re received. While I strive to return every call promptly, please allow up to two hours for a response outside normal business hours.

  4. Do you offer preventative maintenance plans?

    Absolutely. Regular maintenance can extend equipment life and prevent costly breakdowns. Plans include:

    • Seasonal filter and coil cleaning

    • Refrigerant pressure checks

    • Electrical and safety inspections

    • Priority scheduling and discounted parts

  5. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, or major credit/debit cards at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion—no surprises, no delays. If you’d like to discuss net-30 invoicing, recurring billing, or other arrangements, just let us know and we’ll work it out.

  6. Can you help with new equipment installs.

    Yes. From equipment selection advice to full-scale installation, I coordinate with your vendors and ensure code compliance, proper airflow, and optimized system efficiency.
