Cooltec Refrigeration began in 2024 when founder Jon saw a gap in dependability for restaurants and ice cream parlors. Starting with a single service van, we focus on hands-on troubleshooting and clear communication.

  Jon founded CoolTec Refrigeration with a focus on providing reliable commercial refrigeration service and, most importantly, finding the root cause of difficult equipment problems. With a strong background in troubleshooting and repair, Jon leads the team and oversees the service work to make sure customers receive quality solutions.

• Josh Morse — Technician
  Josh is a technician with CoolTec Refrigeration who works alongside the team servicing and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment. He brings a hands-on approach to each job and is continuing to expand his knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repair.

• Josh Rodriguez — Technician
  Josh is a technician with CoolTec Refrigeration who helps service and maintain a variety of commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment. He is focused on providing dependable service and developing the skills needed to properly diagnose and repair equipment.
